Of course, we won't stop covering state government during the months when the legislature is away. In fact, [Theo] Emery has spoken with his editors about looking about several key issues. Among them are the relationships between lawmakers and special-interest groups and the alliances among lawmakers themselves. What considerations drive decisions in government?
