Joe Biden to speak at Human Rights Campaign dinner

Senator Joe Biden will give remarks at the annual Human Rights Campaign national dinner on October 4.

A large contingent from Nashville will be heading to D.C. for the dinner. We'll have to check in with them to see how things go.
