HB 0335 is up in the House Judiciary Committee as item 33 for Wednesday. Given all the new co-sponsors, it has a good shot. So far, all the negative bills are on the run. That, in itself, is a victory. But to be able to advance a hate crimes bill in this unusual session would be a real achievement.
