Adoption bill delayed

SB3910 was not heard yet again in the Senate Judiciary committee. It's not clear what Sen. Paul Stanley's (R-Germantown) strategy is, but the new delay could be attributable to the combination of the high fiscal note for the bill, the state budget crunch, and now the prospect of losing some funding for DCS case workers.
